Olives grown exclusively in the olive groves of Podere Vito Cardinali farm, hand harvested at the optimal ripeness and processed in the following hours to preserve the highest quality.

Morro extra virgin olive oil, produced in limited quantity, is a unique blend obtained from different varieties of olives (monovarietal extra virgin olive oils) with excellent organoleptic properties.
